Staff Positions:
Textbook Coordinator - posted 1/22/10 Central Pennsylvania College is seeking candidates for a part-time position of Textbook Coordinator. Primary responsibilities include the coordination of textbooks with vendors and act as a liaison with students, faculty, and staff. The ideal candidate will be task-oriented with good communication, organizational, and decision-making skills and exceptional attention to detail. An associate degree with 3-4 years of customer service is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required. Primary responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance and administering Federal, State and Institutional financial aid programs such as Pell, PHEAA, Federal Loans and Private Loans. Candidate must be able to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy and perform the duties of a project manager. Candidate must also possess strong communication and customer service skills. Maintenance/Plumbing/General (Part-Time Opening)
This person will have advanced plumbing skills. Must possess average or better carpentry and painting skills. Exhibit minor electrical skills. Willing and able to pick up paper around campus. Willing and able to participate in snow removal by operating a snow shovel and motorized snow removal equipment. Must be available day or night during the winter months in order to participate in snow removal activity on campus. This position is part-time/day-time with flexible hours.
