What would you say is the most rewarding thing about teaching "You Can. You Will." students at Central Penn?

I take great pleasure in seeing students learn- not only learning new things, but learning new ways to think and to apply what they're learning, and to see the world in a new and different way.

What is your favorite Central Penn memory?

My favorite memories of Central Penn range from watching many students graduate after overcoming so many obstacles, to the fantastic programs and luncheons offered for special occasions.

What do students like the most about the courses you teach?

Overall, the courses I teach are interesting and fun! I have the pleasure of teaching courses that are a little off the beaten path, where students can learn about anything and everything, ranging from our diverse cultural landscape to our intellectual and cultural history. It is my hope, however that they especially come out of my classes learning at least something about themselves.

While teaching at Central Penn, what has been your biggest personal accomplishment?

Every student of mine that walks down that graduation aisle...
