The Central Penn Alumni Association was founded in January 1984 as a nonprofit organization. Its purpose is to assist Central Pennsylvania College in the furtherance of its educational activities and to provide for the support and pleasure of its members.

Membership is open to any person or organization who desires to assist the Association in furthering its goals and objectives.
