- Once that information is received, the Financial Aid Office will submit it the first week of classes.

- If your plans change (withdrawal from school, withdrawal from a class, add a class, etc.)while a student at Central Penn, you must see the Financial Aid Office immediately.

Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR)
OVR is the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, a State Agency that helps persons with disabilities help themselves prepare for, start and maintain a career. If you have a disability which causes you difficulty in getting or maintaining a career, you may qualify for OVR. You will want to contact your local OVR office to see if you qualify. The Harrisburg OVR Office is located on North Seventh Street in Harrisburg and the number is 1 (800) 442-6352.
Scholarship Searches
Students will want to apply for scholarships. Students should look at parents' places of employment, other relatives' places of employment, local banks, local newspapers, high school guidance offices, local Lion or Elk Clubs, local libraries, and the Internet.* Central Penn recommends that you do not pay someone to do a scholarship search for you. Students have access to the same material and information as those individuals or firms which charge a fee.
It is important that you start searching for scholarships early. Scholarships vary with regard to deadlines, so begin your research when you start your senior year.
*The Central Penn Financial Aid office has lists of scholarships available February through May.
