General Guest Registration Form

Central Pennsylvania College student hosts must register ALL guests. To register a guest, complete a form at the Safety & Security Office or the online form below (one form per guest) and provide the following information as indicated. If your guest will be bringing a vehicle onto campus then you must provide the vehicles make, model and plate number. If your guest will stay overnight, emergency contact information is required. This form can be completed prior to the arrival of your guest or at the time of arrival. The guest must keep a copy of this form in his/her possession for the duration of the visit. Black-out dates when NO visitation is allowed are:

• First week of term (week 1) Mon - Fri,
• Midterm week (week 6) Mon - Fri,
• Finals week (week 11) Mon - Fri, and
• During term breaks (week 12/13)
