The Central Pennsylvania College Safety and Security Department consists of five fulltime safety and security officers and one part-time officer. The safety and security officers perform a wide range of duties including, but not limited to; enforcing campus regulations, handling investigations on campus, and performing vehicle and foot patrols. The safety and security officers may be trained in; First Aid, CPR, Automated External Defibulators (AED), Bloodborne Pathogens, Oleoresin Capsicum Aerosol Training (OCAT), Monadnock Expandable Baton (MEB), Monadnock Defensive Tactics Systems (MDTS), Advanced Management of Aggressive Behaviors (MOAB) and Hazardous Communication Standards.
The Safety and Security office is located on the second floor of Bollinger Hall room 55 and is open 24-hours a day 365 days a year. If you require the assistance of the Safety and Security Department you may contact them (717) 728-2364 or (717) 982-1808. If safety and security officers are not present in the office please utilize the white courtesy phone located directly outside of room 55. Within a few seconds you will be connected to the safety and security officer on-duty.
