On Campus Living: Apartments
Not only does Central Penn provide its students with a “real-world” education, but we also know that living on your own is a part of the “real-world” experience. Our freshman students reside in pleasant two-bedroom apartments and upperclassman in spacious three-bedroom townhouses.
Both housing options include air-conditioning, coin-operated washing and drying machines (located in Gale, Anne, and Mindy Halls) and each unit is wired for cable, telephone, and Internet access.
There are 42 apartments on campus and each are furnished apartment style for those students who have completed less than 35 credits. This housing consists of one- and two- bedroom units. Each unit consists of one bathroom.
The bedroom is designed for three people and includes:
• Single bed for each resident
• Chest of drawers
• Desk and chair
• Closet for each resident
The living/dining area includes:
• Large sofa
• Table
• Chair for each resident
The kitchen includes:
• Two-door refrigerator
• Four-burner electric stove
• Storage cabinets
• Sink
