On-Campus Living: Townhouses

Not only does Central Penn provide its students with a “real-world” education, but we also know that living on your own is a part of the “real-world” experience. Our freshman students reside in pleasant two-bedroom apartments and upperclassman in spacious three-bedroom townhouses.

Both housing options include air-conditioning, coin-operated washing and drying machines (located in Gale, Anne, and Mindy Halls) and each unit is wired for cable, telephone, and Internet access.

Upperclassman are required to be housed in one of our 32 townhouse-style units. Bedrooms available are either double occupancy (one bedroom, two people) or single occupancy (one bedroom, one person). There are two bathrooms in each unit.
