I often remind my students: I am a cumulative grader, not a punitive grader. Thus, my approach to teaching is one that balances the need for both compassion and perseverance. At times my students enjoy a pedagogy of experiential learning, while at other times my adult students enjoy an andragogy embroiled with transformational learning principles.

In 2009 I was appointed as the head content moderator and on-air DJ trainer for WPTC 88.1FM. In 2012 I began my role as a store manager for a local Radio Shack. In the spring of 2014 I served as the co-executive producer in charge of a 50 person crew as we created a small budget movie pitch preview. Then from 2014 until 2022 I served as a lead Pastor of several multi million dollar church plants. Finally, in the summer of 2022 I began to teach and serve at Central Penn College.
