VPN Instructions and Mitel Mobile App for Remote Work
Attached are the instructions for installing the VPN if you need to on a personal computer at home or if your work device doesn’t have it installed. Please be aware not to save anything locally for security reasons, but save files to your OneDrive or the T: Drive. How to setup drive mappings on a personal device is on pages 8 and 9.
If you are using the VPN on a work device, and need to know how to log in, go to step 9 at the bottom of page 6. If for some reasons, you lose your drive mappings, reboot first, and if they don’t come back feel free to call the help desk at 1-866-291-4357 for assistance on that.
