Take the next step in your childcare career with support from your employer.

Through a partnership between Central Penn College and TodayCare Children’s Centers, you can earn a Childcare Management degree or certificate online, and in many cases, have your tuition covered while you work.

Childcare Management Programs

Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Childcare Management

Motivated students can complete their degree, completely online, in as little as 18 months plus an internship. This career focused degree prepares you to move into leadership roles in childcare.

You will learn how to:

• Support the growth and development of young children
• Create safe and engaging learning environments
• Manage staff, programs, and daily operations
• Lead a childcare center with confidence

The program also prepares you for the Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential and the Pennsylvania Director Credential.

Childcare Management Certificate

Complete your certificate program as little as 9 months, 100% online. This certificate is a fast path for those who want to grow their skills and advance in childcare.

You will learn:

• Modern childcare methods
• Curriculum planning
• Business and facility management

The certificate is aligned with the Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential.

Both programs are fully online, making it easier to balance work, school, and life.

Already Have Your CDA Credential? You may receive transfer credit and finish your AAS degree faster, possibly in as few as four terms.

Tuition Support from Today Care

Eligible Today Care employees may have their tuition paid while attending Central Penn College.

How It Works:

• You must work full time at a TodayCare center
• TodayCare covers approved tuition costs
• You are responsible for any additional fees

After You Graduate:

• You agree to stay employed with TodayCare for two years after obtaining your degree
• This allows you to work off your tuition while gaining experience after obtaining your degree

Important Notes:

• You must pass all required classes
• If a class is failed, it may be retaken, but Today Care will not pay for the class again
• Leaving the program early or not meeting work requirements means tuition must be repaid
