Central Penn College Announces New Scholarship Partnership with Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General

Partnership provides eligible Office of Attorney General employees with $1,000 in tuition assistance to pursue career-focused education

Central Penn College is making it easier for Pennsylvania’s public servants to invest in their futures through a new scholarship partnership with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General (OAG).

The agreement provides eligible Office of Attorney General employees with a $1,000 tuition scholarship at Central Penn College, helping make higher education more affordable and accessible for professionals looking to advance their careers, develop new skills or pursue a degree.

The partnership is part of a broader effort by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General to invest in its employees through educational opportunities that support professional development, career advancement and lifelong learning.

“Investing in our employees means investing in the future of public service,” Attorney General Dave Sunday said. “These partnerships make higher education more accessible and affordable for the dedicated professionals who serve the people of Pennsylvania every day, while also creating opportunities for their families to pursue their educational goals.”

For Central Penn College, the partnership reflects its continued commitment to providing career-ready education that meets the needs of today’s working professionals.

“Education should create opportunities, not obstacles, for working adults who want to take the next step in their careers,” said Linda Fedrizz-Williams, President of Central Penn College.

“We’re proud to partner with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General to support the dedicated professionals who serve our Commonwealth. Whether they’re looking to advance in their current roles, build new skills or earn a degree, Central Penn College offers the flexibility, support and career-focused education to help them reach their goals.”

Making Career-Ready Education More Accessible

Through the agreement, eligible full-time and part-time employees of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General can receive a Central Penn College scholarship totaling $1,000. The scholarship is applied toward tuition across the employee’s first three academic terms of study.

Both permanent and nonpermanent employees may qualify for the scholarship. To receive the benefit, eligible employees must identify themselves as Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General employees during the Central Penn College application process. Employment eligibility will be verified by the Office of Attorney General.
