Dr. Curtis Voelker Named to Pennsylvania Business Central’s Top 100 People for 2026

Central Penn College is proud to announce that Dr. Curtis Voelker, Executive Director of College Relations, has been named one of Pennsylvania Business Central’s Top 100 People for 2026.
Each year, Pennsylvania Business Central recognizes leaders from across the region who are making a meaningful impact through innovation, service, and a commitment to excellence. With nominations submitted by community leaders, chambers of commerce, and readers, this year’s honorees represent the diversity and strength of central Pennsylvania. From small business owners to corporate executives, each individual shares a dedication to advancing their organization, their industry, and their community.
Dr. Voelker’s recognition reflects both his professional leadership and his deep connection to Central Penn College. A proud alumnus, he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the College. Today, he plays a vital role in strengthening relationships between Central Penn College and regional employers, organizations, and community partners.
As Executive Director of College Relations, Dr. Voelker has been instrumental in the development of customized workforce and leadership programs through Central Penn College’s Center for Workforce Excellence. His work has helped establish long-standing corporate partnerships that have enabled hundreds of employees to earn credentials, advance their careers, and meet the evolving needs of the regional workforce. These efforts not only support local employers, but also expand access to higher education and professional development throughout central Pennsylvania.
