A Message from the Advising Center and Learning Center

Greetings,

As you have already heard, Central Penn College is moving operations online effective tomorrow due to the COVID-19 situation and Governor Wolf’s order to close all non-essential businesses and organizations. Please be assured that while the campus is physically closed, the Advising Center and the Learning Center are still here to support you throughout this week and the term break.

If you need assistance, email is currently our primary method of communication. You can reach the Advising Center at advisingcenter@centralpenn.edu and the Learning Center at learningcenter@centralpenn.edu. We are available to all students via email, and we can set up times to meet virtually via Blackboard Collaborate, depending on your preferred method of communication.

This is an unprecedented situation, and we know that you may have a variety of concerns. Please know that you can always reach out to us. We’re here to help and put you in touch with other resources as necessary.

One resource we wanted to provide you with to start is regarding internet access. If you do not have home internet access, Spectrum is currently offering 60 days of free access to students who need internet because their classes have moved online. Please call 1-844-488-8395 to enroll. Here is more information if you want to know more: https://corporate.charter.com/newsroom/charter-to-offer-free-access-to-spectrum-broadband-and-wifi-for-60-days-for-new-K12-and-college-student-households-and-more

Please let us know what questions you have and how we can assist and support you!
