Central Penn College Instructor Receives Prestigious Philanthropy Award

Adjunct Business Instructor Deb Donahue received the Karen F. “It is humbling even to be considered for this award, let alone receive it. I am deeply grateful to be recognized with this prestigious award,” said the Camp Hill resident.

Donahue has a long and distinguished career in the nonprofit sector. Currently, she serves on the board of three local nonprofits:

  • Randi’s House of Angels – Vice Chair, Board of Directors – 2011

“I feel grateful that I’m in a position to help others in our community… those who may be in crisis or who may be disadvantaged in some way,” said Donahue who has been an instructor at Central Penn College since 2016.

She views teaching as another way of giving back. “I am able to assist young people, educating them not only in the classroom but also connecting them to internship and job opportunities outside the classroom,” said Donahue.
