Steve Hassinger joins Career Development Board

Director of Career Services and Development, Steve Hassinger, has been selected to join the board of directors of The Capital Region Partnership for Career Development (PCD).

As a business-education-partnership intermediary located in the midstate, PCD works in the field of career and workforce readiness, under a fee-for-service model providing schools and school districts in southcentral Pennsylvania with resources, programs, events and initiatives in support of career exploration and development. In addition, PCD provides multi-level consulting at the county, state and national levels for businesses, organizations and individuals.

PCD hosted an event March 7 at CPC on careers in the fields of criminal justice and legal studies, featuring Central Penn’s Legal Studies Professor Robert Donley.

Hassinger has more than three decades of experience in higher education and vocational experience. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Penn State and a master’s from Regent University.
